







I've been on a search for healthy snacks recently. This comes as close to healthy as I've managed so far.
All you need is chickpeas, 2 tbsp of oil per cup of chickpeas, and seasoning. first bake or air fry the chickpeas on their own so that they dehydrate before the spice goes in. This prevents the spice from burning.
Then bake or air fry again. In the oven, the baking is at 350 F and each step is 30 minutes.

So pat the chickpeas super dry with a kitchen towel before baking they get a better crispy texture
