    I don’t have a mixer, so I attempted them by mixing by hand. They turned out okay. You’re look amazing

    These look great. Sourdough bagels are a favorite with my wife and daughter so make them a lot using the Little Spoon Farm recipe.

    Nice product!
    FYI… The mixer manual says never to use your breadhook at a speed above 2. I did and ended up with a smoking (literally) mixer. Bagel dough is pretty firm, so I think it would even more important to adhere to the guidelines.

    These look great! If you’ve never tried the twisting method to shape bagels before, I recommend you give it a try. It’s a little more complex but it produces a positively lovely chew.
