I’m obsessed with my new breakfast oatmeal! It’s super filling and easy to make and it also gives me a good amount of protein and fiber for my macros! And trust me, you can’t even tell there’s cauliflower in it lol

I cook the oats and riced cauliflower in water until almost done, then I add soluble coffee (I love coffee flavored stuff, but you can totally omit it) and a dash of salt. After that I put the egg whites in until they’re cooked, take it off the heat and add a splash of liquid splenda (0 calories).

After that I just add the toppings I feel like adding (today I went with a chocolate peanut butter vibe) and enjoy! I also have done them with berries as a topping for less calories!

I also could have swapped the pb for powdered pb, but I’d rather sacrifice a few calories for better flavor lol

This is amazing and so so filling! Trust me on this one, you won’t regret it!
