    Been a month since I’ve had ramen and this sub keeps producing some good food…

    Looks phenomenal! Will say, if you can, make soy sauce marinated eggs (ajitama), and ideally I’d like it jammier but that’s just me XD

    Btw, was the karaage any soggy?
