Absolutely worth the 5 pounds I would gain from that. That turned out lovely.

What are the four cheeses? I’d like to make this dish!

Here’s the recipe:
Boil the shells for 12 mins (2 mins shorter than instructed). Drain and have them cool down.
Make the filling (2 cups fresh spinach sautéed, 15 oz ricotta, 1/2 cup Parmesan, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 2 tsps Italian seasoning).
Spread 2 cups marinara on the bottom of the pan. Stuff the shells and line them up in the pan seam-side up. Pour the rest of the marinara on top with shredded mozzarella. Bake at 375 for 25 mins with foil on top. Then another 15 mins without foil. Rest for 5-10 mins.
