
Stopped by my local Hawaiian joint for some Korean fried chicken. Out of Sriracha at home so I filled a container.. I don't eat a lot of Sriracha just in very particular instances. I didn't know this stuff existed… it was actually really good, less sweet and some of that good fermented funk!

I actually prefer this stuff over the Underwood stuff. It tastes closer to the Huy Fong to me. The underwood stuff is too sweet to me. Could just be my preferences but I really enjoy it.
It’s good but still prefer the Rooster sauce.
