    Beautiful loaf! Lovely bunny rabbit if you look at the bread sideways. That’s what I’m striving for!!

    Well you actually show it briefly upright and you can see the bunny rabbit better upright than sideways because then you have to turn your head, lol. Anyway, fantastic loaf of bread !

    Hey, I’m inexperienced with sourdough, and I just basically want to know what this means. So, how do you make an 80% levain, and how long do you bake/proof/mix for? Do you just get a feel for it? That loaf looks amazing, and I’d love to recreate it.
