I ate some both plain and melted and it was so divine it tasted like French onion soup but in cheese form!!

Oml I had this cheese before and it is amazing!!! It tastes like fresh caramelized onions with very good Monterey Jack cheese, not old, lower flavor and/or processed taste like I’ve had in some others.
