Sodium hypochlorite haha.
As someone who is studying chemistry, I do not know how to feel about this.

Lettuce!
Send this to the local news. Theyre always itchin for some drama, haha
We don’t know what percentage the Sodium Hypochlorite was.
It’s a light lettuce bleaching.
Everyone’s FINNNE. They put that stuff right in your drinking water.
Trihalomethanes are fineeee.
They scraped the label off that makes it good no?
What’s the name of the place that is storing shit in chemical buckets
I have so many things to say about this but I’m drunk so I shall circle back later.
It’s all fucked is the best I can muster right now.
AHHHHHHHHHHH
Did I mention AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHJ
Why does the walkin have wooden floors?
A food grade bucket from home depot is like $7. What the fuck
So much empty shelves space lol
AND it’s not 6 inches off the floor just rawdogging it

I wonder what the shredduce soup goes for nowadays
Hello fellow Sysco associate! Thank you for what you do! That’s some crazy shit
That walk-in has wood floors yall lol
I bet that smells great
Wait that’s not even a cooler.
It’s Jsut a cold room.
I’m sure the dishwasher cleaned it real good
My question is why does the cooler have a wooden floor?
Don’t worry, chef, it was just a bucket of floor lettuce water.
Aside from that, why are they being kept directly on the floor?
Absolutely nothing chef! Should be the proper answer.
Wooden floors in a walk in??
ServSafe Certified Instructor/Proctor here. The problems are as follows:
Possibility of non food grade material
Possibility of chemical residue in the plastic
Beyond this:
IF old chemical buckets were to be appropriate to use (they are not in any situation) they’re still unlabeled, without lids, and directly stored on the floor
You also need a variance anytime you are going to pickle to preserve and not for flavor, and that first bucket for sure looks like a house shredded and pickled chow chow
What the hell is up with that wood laminate floor in the walk in?
i would actually kill myself in that walk in just because i know my corpse would never be disturbed
As a food safe instructor this kind of infraction could get your place shutdown and your reputation ruined
