Ingredients
40 g mixed salad leaves
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
2 cans sardines in olive oil, roughly chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
3 green onions, sliced

For the Dressing
Olive oil from the sardine can
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Honey
Juice of 1 lime
1 Garlic clove, finely minced
1 tsp Chilli flakes
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the salad leaves, white beans, sardines, cherry tomatoes, green onions.
2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil from sardine can, Dijon mustard, honey, lime juice, garlic, chilli flakes, salt and black pepper until well combined.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Enjoy!
