They look delicious. I find it interesting that in other parts of the world they are called thumbprint cookies. Here in Australia we just call them jam drops 🤷🏻♀️

Thumb prints are the BOMB. My family always requests them from my mom for Christmas they’re our favorite. She struggled with the shortbread for years, never really figured out what it was, but we’re all super grateful she fixed it!
