This Whipped Feta Dip with Roasted Red Peppers (Htipiti) is creamy, tangy, and loaded with bold flavor. It’s the kind of dip that disappears fast, perfect for parties, game day, or “oops this became dinner” nights.

INGREDIENTS (quick list)
• Feta cheese
• Roasted red peppers
• Olive oil (plus extra for topping)
• Garlic
• Lemon juice
• Dried oregano
• Red pepper flakes
• Black pepper

HOW TO MAKE IT
1) Roast your red peppers (bells work great), then peel/seed.
2) Add everything to a food processor and blend until smooth (or keep it a little chunky).
3) Spoon into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with crumbled feta and roasted pepper.

SERVING IDEAS
• Toasted pita chips, crostini, crackers
• Veggie sticks (cucumber, carrots, sweet peppers)
• Spread on sandwiches/wraps, or dollop onto grilled chicken/shrimp

MAKE-AHEAD + STORAGE
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
