Carnaroli rice – 1 cup
Porcini mushrooms – 6 medium
Sweet white onion – 1 large
Garlic – 2 cloves
Vegetable or chicken stock – 1 L
Dry white wine – 100 ml
Grated Parmesan – 1 cup
Parsley
Celery – 2 stalks
Butter – 50g
Olive oil
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
