Happened upon a heck of a deal yesterday at Lowes. $482 out the door, with a cover! I've been looking for my own pellet grill after using my mom's 1600 for the last few years. Came across this and thought it would be perfect for my gf and I at our place. After the burn off, whats the first thing I should make?

We have one and really enjoy it.
First mod recommendation: remove the pellet grid protector if you are comfortable doing so.
First meal recommendation: Alton Brown’s brisket recipe. I am 2/2 with it including a Christmas brisket that blew everyone away.
I have that one. I like it a lot. You’ll cook up some great food with it!
