I’ve been baking bread for two years now, I remember the first time around it was a bit hard. Nowadays I’m making bread maybe every two months as my wife loves it when I do. Still inexperienced when making bread but loving every bit of it. Tried poolish for the first time, stepping a bit out of my comfort zone. What do you guys think of it? And what do you guys think I should try next! 😊

    im more of a poolish person vs sourdough.

    its pretty easy to make and have a great flavor, you just have to do it the night before, but it takes 30 seconds of prep
