    Top row: Atlantic salmon / toro / not sure, maybe squid? / yellowtail? / seared shrimp

    Salmon / tuna / albacore? / yellowtail belly / scallo

    Bottom row: salmon / toro / yellowtail / eel / salmon roe

    I think in all three rows, from left is 1. Salmon 2. Toro 3. Hamachi
    Top row 4. Rockcod 5. Seared albacore
    Middle row 4. Hamachi 5. Scallop
    Bottom row 4. Unagi 5. Ikura

    I think lol. I’m pretty sure of everything except the seared albacore. The texture doesn’t look very albacorey
