That is exactly how I like it.
Funny story, my girlfriend made me a steak for the first time and it was cooked perfectly how I like it – just like this.
I take a couple bites, and give her my honest feedback.
Me: “Babe it’s perfect, just needs a little more season”
Girlfriend: “Oh fuck! I fucking forgot to season it!”
That was a year ago and we still laugh about it when cooking steaks.

Looks fantastic. I’d eat that any day. Though I do also enjoy adding things like garlic mushrooms, bordelaise sauce, Bleu cheese and balsamic reduction, red onion marmalade, creamy peppercorn sauce, etc. That’s just my personal choice though. Great looking plate all around.
