Founded by celebrity entrepreneur and actor Matteo Guidicelli together with his father, Gianluca Guidicelli, the restaurant is a deeply personal project that celebrates family, heritage, and a shared love for Italian cuisine. The new establishment brings together Italian culinary tradition and Filipino hospitality in a refined dining experience.

At the heart of the restaurant’s identity is its logo: a sailboat lovingly drawn by Matteo’s grandfather, Nonno Gianni, a Venetian.
