Creme De Feta Menthe Pistache
Servings – 8
INGREDIENTS
Pistachios – 50 grams
Mint leaves – 2 grams
Feta cheese – 100 grams
Garlic cloves – 2
Olive oil – 40 milliliters
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Greek yogurt – 2 tablespoons
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Olive oil – for garnishing
Pistachios – for garnishing
Mint leaves – for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 50 grams pistachios and blend it into a fine powder.
2. Add 2 grams mint leaves, 100 grams feta cheese, 2 garlic cloves, 40 milliliters olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons greek yogurt, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Transfer this onto a serving plate. Garnish with olive oil, pistachios and mint leaves.
4. Serve.
