Things are getting hot and flavorful at the Branson/Hollister Lions Club Building as the 21st Annual Chili Cook Off returns on Feb. 21.

The annual event bringing together the best professional and amateur chili cooks from across the Branson region is scheduled to run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The cost for adults is $9 and it will allow attendees to be able to vote for their favorite chili. Awards are also given in categories like best chili from a service organization or law enforcement.

“Proceeds from the event will go directly to local organizations that serve our community,” Club President David Patrick said. “This is a fun way to raise money that impacts the Branson Lakes area.”

The event draws several Branson area restaurants, police and regional fire departments, social organizations and Sheriff’s offices. The 2025 winners were the Hollister Rotary in the service division, Famous Dave’s in the restaurant division and Sheriff Brad Daniels in the First Responders division.

In addition to the cook off, the event will include both a live auction and silent auction along with a raffle.

Beverages and desserts will be provided for all those who purchase meal tickets.

The Branson/Hollister Lions Club building is located at 1015 E. Highway 76 on Mount Branson.
