I wish more coffee shops let you choose the bean you want for your drink

This is a piccolo from my favorite coffee shop, Toby’s Estate. This time I tried their Costa Rica El Rojo Cola single origin, it was so fruity and intense. Wish more coffee shops let you choose the bean instead of giving you whatever blend is on tap.
