A sensory immersion in South America just a stone’s throw from Paris
As soon as you walk in, you are immersed in an exotic atmosphere with a main room decorated with a green ceiling reminiscent of a lush jungle, inviting you to disconnect. The real added value is the spectacular view that is impossible to take your eyes off: the restaurant overlooks the golf course and offers a unique panorama of the green landscapes and animals on the estate, including alpacas and Cameroon sheep.
On sunny days, the panoramic terrace is particularly welcoming, ideal for a sunny lunch or dinner surrounded by nature, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. On winter evenings, guests can take refuge in the indoor dining room to enjoy the sunset away from the cold, while the lights are dimmed to create a more cozy and intimate atmosphere by the fireplace.

A unique fusion of bistronomic cuisine in the region
When it comes to food, Le Panoramic Crécy La Chapelle restaurant has established itself as a true culinary signature in Seine-et-Marne. At the helm is chef José Guerra Madrid, originally from Colombia, with international experience in Australia, Colombia, the United States, and France, notably as sous chef in a Michelin-starred Parisian restaurant.
His homemade bistronomic cuisine, made from fresh, seasonal produce, subtly combines French tradition with the intensity of South American flavors. Grilled octopus, duck breast with corn purée, sea bream ceviche, sea bass fillet, coconut rice and plantains, frijol ada…It’s a journey for our taste buds!

For the full experience, we highly recommend trying the Chef Experience—the restaurant’s latest addition—a high-end gourmet menu offered on Friday evenings, designed as a Franco-South American culinary journey through four or six courses. Look no further, there is nothing else like it in the region.
The restaurant is open to everyone (not just hotel guests or golfers) seven days a week for lunch and welcomes foodies for a refined and affordable lunch or dinner, while Sunday brunchhas become a must for families and lovers of gourmet moments in a green setting.

After lunch, it’s time to relax. On site, you can hit a few balls on the golf driving range, or combine your meal with a visit to the animal park, where you can spend the whole day visiting capybaras, giant otters, parrots, Humboldt penguins, and other animals that are the pride of South American wildlife. Easy to access, close to Meaux and Marne-la-Vallée, with free parking, it ticks all the boxes for the ideal getaway without leaving the Île-de-France region. Incredible but true:you can even sleep with the animals on site, in lodges surrounded by jaguars or facing parrots! It’s a fascinating experience that we’ll tell you all about in this article.
Final verdict: Le Panoramic Crécy La Chapelle restaurant is much more than just a restaurant. It’s an experience to be enjoyed, a hidden gem that has become a must for those seeking unique bistronomic fusion cuisine in a spectacular natural setting for a truly relaxing getaway.
