Thoughts on pineapple on pizza. Buddy swears by it, I tried it and was disgusted. I can't be the only one.

Jesus. There is no type of purist shit I will abide. There is sweet, salt, fat, heat. It’s a balanced dish. Anyone who prefers differently, just don’t eat it.

Pineapple on Pizza is so goddamn overblown at this point. Pineapple 100% works on pizza. One of my favorites is pineapple, grilled chicken, roasted onions, and jalapenos. It’s amazing

Personally I think that when the molten cheese mixes with the liquid discharge from the pineapple it tastes faintly of vomit. Similar to the vomit flavour in Hershey’s chocolate. So, no. I do not like pineapple on pizza…
