Kiddo loves dipping it in ketchup

  1. It starts with ketchup but be warned: it’s a gateway garnish. Soon you’re trying something else, maybe curry ketchup, at a restaurant? Then it’s all over, you’re hooked! It becomes onion jam, then “oh what’s this, kimchi? Don’t mind if I do.” Next thing you know it’s a fancy blend of cheeses on artisanal bread on a late night run to the store for peppered bacon jam. But don’t worry, there is help. There’s always soup as a side too. And hot sauce! Also, some people try croissant with chocolate nowadays. Just know when you’ve crossed the line into melt territory. It’s ok to dabble but never, ever post it in r/grilledchese.
