wtf breakfast sandwiches?? since when?
not gonna lie —- i literally just tried them for the first time an hour ago– bacon cheeseburger was kickass and the cajun fries were also.
Five Guys’ fries are the apex predator of the fry kingdom.
Their burgers are solid, but always felt a little lacking IMO. I recently learned that they don’t season their patties at all which explains why.
Other fast-food chains have been raising their prices at a much faster rate than Five Guys, so Five Guys isn’t that much more than the other chains nowadays
Seeing a five guys post without somebody harping on prices, is like a true miracle.
I live in in fries country (close to belgium). We have a five guys but never been. It’s a huge venue but 90% empty.
Tough sale!
There are dozens of us.
Why are they heavily focused on calories showcasing?
Two things are always true with five guys. It is outrageously overpriced while simultaneously being absolutely fantastic. I’m assuming any individual that says it’s a mid burger enjoy’s drinking enema water and thinks a Big Mac is peak burger.
The fries are otherworldly. Especially with the Cajun seasoning.
It’s delicious but pricey
High quality cooked to order… Sorry folks, you gotta pay a premium for that.
It’s about 20 for me if we’re including the soft drink. A milk shake or larger sizes would probably put it closer to 26-30. With a small soda, I could just refill and the small fries are plenty because they still dump a lot into the bag
The 5 Guys located in Colorado are mid at best
If you are a fan of Five Guys, download the Upside app. There are frequently discounts of 15 to 25% available!
they’re so good. If you’re ever in NC try Char Grill also. Hell, try Cookout too.
Yeah I tried it once. My ass was blown out for weeks
Their fries are so good and I love their burgers. Did you get some free peanuts
They recently restructured the menu and brought prices down. I avoided it for a few years because you’d spend $30 on a burger, fries and drink. The last time I was in there I spent less than $20. The food has always been great. They just got expensive for a while.
I cook a mean burger on my weber. I’ll only charge you 10 bucks. The fries, I’ll throw in for free.. they’re potatoes so they’re not really any money out of my pocket
The first time I tried a Five Guys burger it was great, the next time not so. Need to try again.
Last time I tried five guys all I got was a test for something positive and a dollar raise, that burger looks amazing.
Top five burger chain for me.
Damn, I wish I could have five guys for the first time again. Enjoy OP!
I think 5 guys are better than In n out. They are more expensive but to me it’s worth it.
I really do like fiveguy burgers, just a shame it’s so expensivex is a massive Shame, but I guess that’s what happens
bro i’ve never had five guys, but $15 for that is super reasonable compared to a lot of quick serve restaurants around here
It’s been years since I’ve had them as I just can’t justify those prices, food does look good.
Five Guys is expensive, but I honestly don’t care because I love it. I only get it after a hard day of work and I need to treat myself. Glad you enjoyed it!
I have literally never heard anyone say that Five Guys fries are “amazing”. In fact a struggle to get a “good”. Burgers = tasty. Fries = ass.
Edit – I scrolled further and it seems that there are multiple people who like the fries. Every time I went, I was amazed at the way they can both taste burnt, but be soggy at the same time. But you guys have made me second guess myself and I will try them one last time to make sure that I am not missing something. Until then, still ass lol (but willing to be proven wrong).
Was it worth it?
With the big 3 fastfood places being almost the same price, I’ll take the extra shovel worth of French fries and a much better burger at 5 guys given the choice. Mooyah is still my favorite but 5 guys and Wayback ha e my #2 and #3 spot for chains
I went to Arby’s yesterday because my family likes the beef and cheddars. 5 classic beef & cheddars were $30 Fking dollars! I told the fam, no more Arby’s.
they do nothing special, but the consistency and quality is always there
Five guys Cajun fries are my favorite French fry
I just paid $34 for two cheeseburgers, one regular fries and two sodas… I’m watching my kids eat it now. Thirty. Four. Dollars.
Waay overpriced.
