High Protein Cinnamon Raisin Bread 🍞
*150 calories & 10g of Protein*

1. Combine dry ingredients.
β€’2 cups of flour
β€’4 tsp of baking powder
β€’1/2 tsp of salt
β€’2 tsp of cinnamon
β€’1/2 tsp of nutmeg

2. Combine wet ingredients.
β€’2 cups of Greek yogurt
β€’1 tbsp of vanilla

3. Add raisins before dough comes together fully.
β€’3/4 cup of raisins

4. Add flour to a clean surface and mold into a loaf.

5. Once your pan is oiled down, add your loaf and bake at 400 degrees on the bottom rack for about 40-45 mins.

6. Let it fully cool before you cut into 8 equal slices.

**I keep my bread frozen and pull out a slice as needed.
