This was us before I went to Best Buy and got a fancy small drink fridge with a glass door. I moved all of my hot sauces in there so now we have a dedicated hot sauce fridge in the kitchen.

No. 1) Room temp makes for better flavor. 2) Once you crack open a new bottle, you shouldn’t be coming back to it a year later. Flavor changes, fridge or no. 3) It’s nice to have a few varieties to choose from based on what you’re eating, but 3 or 4 choices is just fine.
This is just hoarding, like being unable to throw away extra sauce packets from 3 years ago.
