My PB 700fb had been giving me fits lately.. Mainly flame outs / uneven temps, so I had gone back to by old BGE which I still love, but as we all know pellet grills are just so much more easy with turn on / cook for certain things. I got a 45 dollar kit on AZ to replace all the main / internal components of the grill (auger motor/fan/hot rod).. Happy to say we are back and this prime tri tip reversed seared was crazy good.. If you're a little bit handy- don't toss that grill- get it back to new with an hour or so of your time!
