



2lb pork shoulder with the ingredients pictured. Sear pork in oil or butter, lightly sauté onion and garlic, add spices, orange zest/juice and 2cups liquid. Bring to boil, stir and simmer covered for 3-4hrs. Strain, shred and sauté until edges are just crisp. Season to taste.
