Guess the calories, i know how many, do you?

I thought it would be fun to do one of these, this one is pretty easy. it's a greek yogurt bowl in a ikea kids bowl with:

• 0% greek yogurt
• frozen mixed berries
• chocolate rice cake
• nuts and seeds
• honey
