    Google is telling me that there are a number of pasta making classes in Austin, surely you checked those first?

    In either event, why not use that google machine to look up instruction videos and skip the class?

    I don’t have TikTok so no idea who “TikTok guy” is or what he makes. If you want to learn how to make basic pasta we took a class at “sur la table” in the Domain, and it was great.
    Certainly didn’t teach us how to color our pasta and make fancy multi-colored designs like the photo, but I’m proficient in linguine, ravioli and all others that are no tubes (as that requires a whole different machine that want “flat” pastas require.

    There is a guy on Instagram who has a couple of cookbooks. His pastas are very amazing and colorful. His name is danny freeman and his cookbook is Danny loves pasta. I can’t remember the name of the second book but it is similar. His name on Instagram is the same as his book.
