  1. Remember it’s not always about getting the absolute lowest calories, it’s also about being full AND healthy. I would swap the egg white for two eggs, that way you have protein and fat to help you actually stay full.

  4. What did you use for a sauce? I have some in the fridge. I usually do a larb gai, but I bet a hoisin would go as well.
