Snow storm vegetarian open face

There's a snow storm in my area. I left the 12 PK of brews on my porch while it's -7 outside. My partner is vegetarian so I made an open face sandwich with shredded beef texture vegetable protein (tvp- soybean) slices and mushrooms gravy on top of Texas toast and mashed potatoes. After about 6 iced cold brews, I was chopping away at the parsley, shallots, garlic, and mirepoix. I still have all my fingers lol.
