Did some no wrap baby backs on the searwood today. Let'em ride for about 5ish hours. Came out fantastic

I’m usually no-wrap but the last time I wrapped what I noticed was the leftovers were considerably better than I when I go no-wrap. Maybe I’m overcooking but my leftover ribs are usually pretty dry when I don’t wrap.
