I definitely need to tweak my method a bit. I tried a lower deep fry for 15 minutes at around 300 degrees and then I blasted them for another 2-4 minutes at 390 degrees. They were delicious, but I will get better with practice. Sauce was on a point. A mixture of Franks, butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and cayenne.

It really is the best way. Not the healthiest, but the best.

Always the best wings, made at home in peanut oil

As I said to someone else recently, I’m not normally into breaded wings but those look great.

What didn’t turn out right to make you feel that you need to tweak your methods? I see the length of time that you cooked them but have you ever heard of double frying? If not check that method out. I made some of my best wings ever doing that.
