


I made cottage cheese creamy pasta with chicken sausage and it hits the creamy cravings perfectly! This is 366 cals, 25g of protein and you can easily make some swaps to lower the calories (no cheese, more broccoli, less pesto, etc).

Cottage cheese is a game changer for dieting truly. I just put it in everything.
Yum! I have pesto I’ve been needing to use up, but I’ve had a hard time figuring out a meal that wouldn’t be 500+ cals! I never even thought of cottage cheese. Thank you for sharing!
