Felt like a super damp 30 here in Texas, could be worse. Rain will freeze tonight, but now I have hanger steak and chuck eye 🤤

30 ain’t cold, bruh. it just now got up to 8 from -7. and i live in the chi. minnesota and the dakotas are probably still upside down. 20 degrees is around the coldest i’ll grill, between the ambient temp impeding the cooking process, the wind makes the coals burn faster with erratic results. looks good, tho.
