  1. This seems like it could be a recipe for one. Start it the same way using only one thigh, but insted of turning on the oven, place the thigh in an air fryer to cook. Develop the sauce in the same way, and finish in the same way. So for one or two servings no need to heat up your big oven.

  2. Looks delicious! But technically it's three cooking vessels — the pan to make the sauce, the baking pan for the chicken, and whatever the rice was cooked in.
