A cup isn’t a very good measure. It can vary depend on how much eggs are packed into the cup. As well, you don’t know if that entry includes things like butter, oil, cream, or milk.

Better to just go by the number of eggs you used. A small egg is 50 calories, medium 60, large 70, and extra large 80. Also count any oil/butter used to cook the eggs.

Eggs themselves are usually between 70-90 calories

It’s 350 for 5 eggs and 5 eggs typically make up a cup, how many did you use?

Yeah there’s easily 5 or 6 eggs in a cup.

Measure by number of eggs instead of cups

This is too much for what I’m seeing on your plate, but also it will vary slightly depending on the type and amount of oil you used in the pan, if any (i use butter to stop the egg from sticking)

If you’re going to get into calorie counting you should drop cups as a measurement. Use grams and rough amounts like 1 small egg, 1 medium banana etc.

The eggs on your plate look like 2-3 eggs which is not a cup of eggs
