You guys think this is a decent book to start keto?
So I’m trying to leave my vegan lifestyle of 7 years, and was interested in keto. I saw this book on Amazon and thought it has some tasty meals. I could use some recommendations as well.

I was vegan for 30 years before going keto 12 years ago (I was actually vegan keto for the first several years though I DO NOT recommend.)
I love The New Mediterranean Diet Cookbook by Thomas de Lauer for a keto take on whole food Mediterranean cuisine.
Keto•tarian is a nice transition book that is mostly vegetarian with some fish.
Maria Emmerich has a dairy free keto book that keeps things simple, and like 6 other keto cookbooks/instruction books.
You may find that the transition goes a little more smoothly if you get yourself some good digestive enzymes that support protein and fat digestion.

You should probably eat a steak or something first, but I don’t think the book would have too many carbs.
