Tomato Basil Bisque Recipe
Ingredients
• 6 cans Cento San Marzano tomatoes, 28 oz each
• 6 tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 tbsp olive oil lol
• 2 large yellow onions, diced
• 10 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 tsp kosher salt
• 1.5 tsp black pepper
• 2 tsp sugar or honey
• 2 tsp dried oregano
• 1.5 tsp dried basil
• 0.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
• 4 cups chicken stock or vegetable stock
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 packed cup fresh basil leaves
• 1 cup freshly grated parmesan optional but elite

Yummmm. Have you prepped grilled cheeses before? I have done one batch so far, about to switch from skillet to air fryer re-heating for hopefully better and quicker results.
