11 steaks and 1 prime rib. Here is the prime rib. Weber spirit gas grill with rotisserie spit. Threw in some smoke boxes with some apple wood chips as well.

  5. I got in on a $50 version of that promo before Jan 1 after a Redditor tipped me off and made a stack of 13 steaks at 1-3/8″. $60 is even better. Nice find.Β

    Best part of the cow overcooked – that ribeye cap/spinalis needs a medium rare – medium cook to get it as juicy as can be.

    You seem to be collecting drippings in the pan with some cut onions. Do you make a sauce out of the drippings?
