– 800 grams of soft tofu

– 2/3 cup of cocoa powder

– Maple syrup, coconut nectar, or another liquid sweetener, to taste

– Pinch of salt

Blend until smooth and let it set in fridge.

Next time, I'll add vanilla and see what it tastes like!

I’ve added almond extract to this too (along with vanilla). It’s so good!

Depending on how thick your tofu is, this works really well for a pie filling as well!

I love this! I usually use melted chocolate, so glad I could also make it with cocoa powder!

Do you think chocolate protein powder would work instead of the cocoa powder? Would be a good after gym snack!

Add cinnamon! And if you do melted dark chocolate and soft tofu (not silken!) it’s more like a mousse texture, it’s so good

Jello brand pudding boxes are often vegan, just in case anyone wants a slightly cheaper (and way less healthy) option! 😊

Tofu pudding is also freaking delicious.

You could try adding a splash of vanilla or a pinch of cinnamon for extra depth, or a few chocolate chips or berries on top when serving and it would be amazing
