Decided to smoke my first pork butt to make some pulled pork sandwiches this week. Took about 8 hours and left it overnight on my pit boss 850 DX and it came out really good. Pulled at about 203 internal

    Looks yummy! I’m making the same for Super Bowl Sunday. Pulled pork, sauce, and coleslaw on Hawaiian rolls.
