
It’s been a snowy few days in NYC, so it’s a perfect time for okayu. Kama (collar) is not a popular cut in the US, and since I love them, my fish local fish market saves them for me (for free!). I used some salmon collars for this warm bowl of okayu. So delicious!

Would you be able to say what else you had in there other than the collar and okayu?
I think I see sesame seeds, green onion and in the other bowl cucumber.. not sure though.
Trying to build a catalogue of these meals to start making for myself in a month or so once I can move and spend the rest of the year eating better.
