Even if you don't want to do competitions, this type of food preparation is a lost art. Less and less people are making healthy food from healthy local grown ingredients. People are foods like this for Soo long because it's real food full of real benefits. The last time I had a real gumbo it cleared out all my congestion, helped my guts move stuff along, I felt good and I stayed full for a long time ….simply good stuff.
