




The crust was a cool experiment. It surprisingly isn’t very peanut butter-like, and tastes similar to regular cheesecake crust when it’s combined with the tartness of the filling. I was trying to find a way to get a similar texture without it being 98% butter, lol. It’s sort of cookie like in comparison, but worked exactly like I needed it to.
