Virtuous Next Isssues

Hello,

I've come to do my routine descaling and when lifting the machine had a thick pool of the coffee residue under the machine. Moving the machine it drains out from the shell. Any ideas what's going wrong with my machine? Never had issues like this before. Thanks!
