10/10 This meal had so much flavor! We truly enjoyed it and honestly it’s easy enough I’ll save the recipe and make it on my own. The only thing I did different was i added chicken tomato bullion to my rice to give it more flavor

Had this one tonight. Not bad! Quite easy to make. Might have been better with a second package of olives. Also putting in the tomato later for a fresher tomato and cooking sofrito with tomato paste was a good choice.

Mmmm looks so good!!! I cancelled hf months ago but stay on the sub for recipes and this looks amazing. What would you recommend to substitute the southwest spice if you would make it again?
