Something about this hits differently in the Australian summer. Sparkling water, ice, and a double shot of fresh espresso, ground with a DF54 and brewed with a Profitec Go.

These are my absolute favorite for the summer. I love them plain most of the time but I had this excellent one where I believe they had torched a dehydrated orange, trapped the smoke in the glass, then added a bit of simple syrup and my god it was heavenly. I’d say I think about that drink at least once a month😂

So don’t ask me for exact recipes, but espresso tonic is pretty solid: – espresso – tonic water – lime juice – simple syrup (optional)
